How to Set Up & Use the app on your Shopify Store?

The app automatically notifies customers as soon as the package begins its journey, reaches the destination city and is out for delivery, via email notifications. The best part is this app uses your own business email id & mail server to send notification emails. So, no more spam or via emails.

To send live tracking notifications to customers, visit the app settings and enable Real-Time Email Notifications option. The app uses your default store URL and store name and displays them in the email footer. You can even edit these details based on your preferences.

Now enter your SMTP credentials in the next section. You will require the following details
1. SMTP Host
2. User Name
3. Password
4. Email from, which will be your own business email ID
5. Email Reply To - in case you want customer replies to come to a dedicated support email ID
6. SMTP Port

Save the changes and you are good to go. Once you have entered the tracking details and fulfilled the order, the app starts sending tracking notifications to customers with every update in tracking status.

The app also provides order lookup functionality right on your Shopify store. Your customers can check all the details of their package whereabouts by visiting the tracking page in your store. The best part is, this page is completely integrated and uses the same design as your store. Also, the order tracking now being part of your store, the app never takes your customers out of your website.

In order to have your own tracking page, you need to visit the Navigation option under Online Store, select a menu where you want to display the tracking page and create a menu item.

Now enter the Tracking Page Name and set the link as:
/apps/phtracking

Save the menu and you're tracking page is ready. Your customers can visit your store and click on the tracking page to track their orders in real-time.

The app also gives you a consolidated view of all the shipments with multiple shipping carriers. This way you can monitor the tracking activities & take pro-active steps if required.

All you need to do once the order is shipped is to visit the Orders section in the app and you can see all your orders with their tracking details.
