How to Hang a Balloon Garland | Balloon Garland Basics Series | DIY How To

This tutorial will show you exactly how to hang a DIY balloon garland with nothing but balloons & some Command hooks.

There are a lot of ways to hang a balloon garland, and I’ll definitely be covering more of them in future videos!
