OBSERVE - that normally I DO NOT encourage to spend in this game, BUT if you do, you should have a look at Narses who has -50% Debuff for enemy Ground Troops Attack AND -40% for enemy Ground & Mounted Troops Defense WHEN GENERAL IS LEADING the army.

Narses could be a very decent Sub General, Assistant Wall General or Assistant PvP General, I believe.

* I had positive results now and then when using Debuff Generals as assistant generals.
