The UNIQUE African Culture of Palm Wine Tapping in Nigeria Mambilla Plateau takes on a journey, deeper into the forest of the Mambilla Plateau region of Taraba State Nigeria where we are going to learn about the unique African culture of Palm Wine.

Called Ndum in the Mambilla Language, Palm Wine is a very esteemed alcoholic beverage in the Nigerian Culture that has survived years of urbanization, retaining both its social and cultural values.

The process of Palm Wine tapping in Nigeria may now be archaic but so long culture demands - palm wine will always remain as one of the most important alcoholic beverages of the African culture.
