Dialing in a New Coffee on the Lelit Bianca

This morning I needed to dial in a new coffee on the Lelit Bianca and I thought I’d bring you along for the ride. I tried to explain my process and everything I was doing as I went along but voiceover is new to me so there’s always room for improvement.

This coffee (which I got tasting really nice) is from Obadiah Coffee Roasters in Edinburgh. It’s a natural Brazil from Daterra coffee farms. I’ve had plenty of coffees from that farm before, all of which have been really enjoyable. As always the coffee from Obadiah is really high quality and I would recommend you check them out if you are in the UK.

This is my usual process for quickly dialing in a new coffee. I managed to get it tasting good after only two shots so mission successful. Whilst I am brewing the coffee in the future the recipe may change slightly or I may experiment further but I am pretty happy with the results I was able to get this morning.
