Ingredients:
For Pakoras:
2 Large Potatoes (thinly sliced)
1 Onion (thinly sliced)
Fresh Coriander (chopped)
1 tbsp Crushed Coriander Seeds
1 tbsp Crushed Red Chili
1 tsp Crushed Cumin
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
Salt (as per taste)
1 1/2 cup Gram Flour (Besan)
Water (as required)
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix potatoes, onion, coriander, and spices.
Add gram flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add water to form a thick batter.
Heat oil on medium to low flame.
Fry spoonfuls until golden brown and crisp.
Serve hot with chatni!
For Special Chatni:
2 Boiled Potatoes
Water (as required)
1 tbsp Crushed Red Chili
1 1/2 tsp Roasted Crushed Cumin
1 1/2 tsp Crushed Coriander
2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour (Maida)
1 tbsp Corn Flour
Salt (as per taste)
1/4 tsp Tatri (Citric Acid)
1/2 cup Tamarind Pulp
1 Pinch Red Food Color
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients with water into a smooth paste.
Cook on low flame for 5–8 minutes until thick.
Adjust water for desired consistency.
