Gameplay
Compared to the original Apex Legends, gameplay is essentially the same: teams of "Legends," all of which have unique abilities, drop into a map and attempt to survive until only one team remains with the loot on the map. However, some tweaks have been made, including adjustments to the loot pool, as the Mastiff and G7 Scout are available as floor loot.

In comparison to the original, there are some extra modes, such as a "Quick Battle" variant of the standard Battle Royale, and a Team Deathmatch mode, where players can select their weapons from spawn and attempt to kill their opposing team to meet a score limit.
