Ingredients :-
1.5 cup Medo
1/2 cup Gahu No Lot (Wheat flour)
Salt to Taste (1 tsp)
2 Tbsp Melted Desi Ghee
Water as Required
Medo & Cooking Oil

Samosa :-
Preparation time :- 35 min.
Cooking time :- 15 min.
(Big size 27 Samosa )

Ingredients :-
4 pc (600 gm) Bataka (Potato)
1/2 cup Fine Chopped Onion
1/2 cup Vatana (Matar)
1/2 cup Kothmir (Coriander)
5 pc Spicy Green Chili
1 inch Ginger
2 pc Fresh Coconut
2 tsp Cooking Oil
1 tsp Jeeru (Cumin Seeds)
1/4 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
7 to 8 Fresh Curry Leaves
1 tsp Dhana Jeeru Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masalo
1/2 tsp Aamchur Powder
Salt to Taste (1 + 1/3 tsp)
2 Tbsp Sugar Powder
2 Tbsp Gahu no Lot + Water for Lai ( paste)
Cooking Oil for Frying
