طريقة فحص الملف الداخلي ( الاميتشر ) لمولد كهربائيMobile file (Armither)

يتم الفحص الاولي بالعين المجردة .ونفحص اللون الأسلاك الداخلية .من حيث تفحمها او انقطاعها .وفحص نقاط اللحام السلك بالحلقات النحاسية . ويتم الفحص الآخر بجهاز قياس اوفر متر. حيث نضعه على نقاط تلامس الفرش الكربونية .وننظر للقراءة حيث تعطي القراءة غالبا بين 25 و 30 اوم . ونضع احد اقطاب جهاز القياس على هيكل الملف والقطب الآخر على احد النقاط ونفحص اذا كان هناك تلامس مع حديد هيكل الملف .
The initial examination is done by the naked eye. The color of the inner wire is checked. The weld points are tested with copper rings. The other test is done by a meter measuring device. Where we put it on the points of contact the carbon brushes. Look at the reading where it gives reading often between 25 and 30 um. Put one of the poles of the measuring device on the structure of the file and the other pole on one of the points and check if there is contact with the iron structure of the file.
