▶ RAPHA'S PIZZA BURGER RECIPE
(MAKES 4)

Pizza Dough:
300 g all-purpose flour
6 g active dry yeast
20 ml vegetable oil
4 g salt
10 g white sugar
190 ml warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)

Tomato Sauce:
tomato puree
spices
salt
spicy sauce

Burgers:
1 egg
salt
spices
450g ground beef

It took about 30 minutes at 180C (UK temperature btw). Love your faces.
