On 5 December 2013, this Boeing 767-300 operated by Delta Airlines was set for a trip from Madrid to New York. During the take off roll, one of the tyres burst causing debris and shrapnel to burst through the wing. This leads to several issues and an emergency situation. The crew needed to keep calm and work together to deal with this string of emergency’s and get the aircraft landed safely.
