Former MLA attends the memorial meeting of Manda Mousa.
On Friday evening at around 7 PM, a memorial meeting was organized at Algum village under Satyabadi block of Puri district on the occasion of the Ekadashah ceremony of the late Parshuram Pradhan. The event was conducted by the Algum Pujya Puja Smruti Parishad, and the meeting was presided over by Kulamani Biswal.

All the guests first offered floral tributes and lit lamps in front of the photograph of the late Parshuram Pradhan, marking the beginning of the memorial ceremony.
Former MLA Ramaranjan Baliarsingh attended the event and emotionally recalled the time he spent with the late Parshuram Pradhan, highlighting his problem-solving nature and noble qualities.

The distinguished guests present at the meeting included former MLA Umakanta Samantaray, Ramaranjan Baliarsingh, Kulamani Biswal, Balabhadra Mahapatra, Jugalkishore Behera, Dhirendra Kumar Jena, Krupanidhi Pradhan, Jagabandhu Pradhan, Panchanan Biswal, Sangram Keshari Pradhan, Shubhalaxmi Senapati, Pandav Maharana, Adarsha Pradhan, Sanatan Biswal, Rajkishore Sahu, Ramesh Chandra Pradhan, among others.

Late Parshuram Pradhan was remembered as an eminent and respected personality of the village — an experienced and successful farmer, strong-willed, and devoted to his duties. “The entire village is mourning the loss of such a remarkable person,” said RBI Director Shri Dhirendra Kumar Jena.

Finally, the meeting concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by RBI Director Shri Dhirendra Kumar Jena.
