For a long time, the UK was seemingly holding down the fort releasing hit after hit in the early to mid-2000s. That has changed in recent years, with house music becoming more widely known and producers from all over the world putting out stellar tracks. It has indeed become a worldwide event. In this next installment, we are circling back home to the west coast, with a lot of emphasis on San Diego. They have been quietly turning up the heat with new people coming into the scene in recent years like, Jesusdapnk, Cris Herrera, Never Dull, DuBeats, Miguel Rios, Boys Don’t Disco, Paul Najera, and Jr. Quijada, and many more delighting us with new original tunes that have the right kind of vibe which perfectly embodies the West Coast sound and feel while keeping with tradition using some of those quintessential house music elements. 

This new series also pays tribute to San Francisco. The West Coast House Scene would not be what it is today if it wasn't for the Bay Srea. San Francisco gave us some of the best house producers and artists in the 90s and put that soulful underground West Coast House Music on the map with producers like Miguel Migs, Jay-J, Homero Espinosa, David Harness, Rick Preston, DJ Rasoul, Mark Farina, and Chris Lum who have been consistently putting out tracks over the years and fine-tuning that classic deep house sounds and setting the standards pretty high for everyone else to follow. We created this series to highlight and pay a special tribute to what has inspired this channel from the beginning and to pay respect to the newcomers that are keeping House Music forever relevant.
