I’ve realised something very important… the reason WHY cycle syncing is getting a ‘bad rep’ or is a ‘myth’…
Despite the science, which I know more than many through my extensive deep-dives and Human BioScience degree, “cycle-syncing” has been getting a large amount of kickback - more than it deserves - individuals calling out the trend as ‘wrong’ and ‘doesn’t apply to them’ on social media.
— WHY?

Stacy Sims has been one of the leading female-specific sports science researchers since this field began getting a bit of attention. But recently, Stacy Sims released a reel accepting responsibility for introducing ’cycle-syncing’ in the way it currently sits in society, and the downfalls of the original structure.

I support this message, as much as I support the theory of cycle-syncing.
Though I too can see exactly HOW and WHY this method has not been working for all.
And the basic principle it comes down to is: inter-individuality.
(We are all different, unique humans.)

Which I know then makes the landmine of ‘female hormones’ even more difficult to navigate - but it doesn’t have to.
And that’s what I share in this video, along with tips to sync to YOUR cycle,

On a personal note: I am sorry for the prolonged silence and delay between posting videos and content recently… Life has taken a very turbulent, all-over-the-place turn, which I have been navigating alongside (as I mentioned) some exciting behind-the-scenes projects.
