I did this video to demonstrate how to keep the timer up when you're playing Timed mode. This is especially important in Graveyard Timed, as the dev score on this is a retarded 12,493,735! It's quite a tough one (it was actually the last dev medal I needed for the "Friend of d6" trophy).

Anyway, to reach the dev score you need to keep the timer around 4 minutes until at least 5-6 million points. It seems to me that you get more time drops (or more drops period) when you melee burning zombies, especially when you get weapon combos - as opposed to just using TNT all the time (no weapon combo for that). So you'll want to do that regularly . The Chainsaw is the prefered weapon here for that. If it's not available use the Baseball Bat or the Gatling Gun.

Intersperse that with some chain TNT for major points - usually 3 or 4 at a time. Keep this up and try to keep the timer at 4 minutes as long as possible - there will be sections where you'll fall behind a little, though. Like the very beginning, where about 30 seconds is wasted before you can even get a drop, or when the Riot/Masked zombies come out the first time (there are very few of them).

You'll see that I managed to stay at 4 minutes for nearly 10 minutes. I could have probably done a few more TNT chains here to get to gold quicker - but every run is different and sometimes doing too many TNT chains doesn't help keep the timer up, though you might get some good points initially.
