Phasmophobia, but it's not a banshee

Thought it was a banshee because we had around 60% average sanity and the insta-hunt.
Apparently, it wasn't.

Some extra context: Looking back at raw footage, it triggered a crucifix (objective was crossed off) while the average sanity was right around 65%, the only evidence we had was Freezing Temps.
I went back in the house to check for more evidence and then this video happened.

4 May 2021: Yes, I am aware that there's a closet in the room, I certainly hide in them now as the ghosts are much more dangerous today than they were back in November 2020.

Some clarification of the early hunters: (Revised 16 October 2021)
Demons: Can hunt at ~70% or less sanity. (was 65% at the time of this video)
Banshees: IF their target is in the building, it can hunt whenever, and if the sanity is greater than 50%, the banshee will pursue the target and ignore other players, ELSE hunts at less than 50%, regardless if the target is present in the building. (before an update gave the hunt anytime ability to the demon)
Mare: IF lights are off in ghost room, it can hunt at 60% or less sanity, ELSE IF the lights are on in ghost room, it cannot hunt until 40% or less.
Yokai: Has the chance to roll a hunt if you talk near it, otherwise hunts normally.
