The Sole F63 and Horizon 7.0 AT Treadmills have a lot in common. Not only are they around the same price, but they have a lot of the same specs and features.

They both have 3.0 HP motors, folding decks, simple consoles with LCD screens, and 20” x 60” decks. They’re also both pretty quiet and what we consider to be appropriate for most homes are far as noise.

The F63 and 7.0 AT handle up to 325 lbs of user weight. They are also the same size and almost the same weight with the 7.0 weighing 277 lbs and the F63 weighing 267 lbs. So, they both will take up the same amount of room in your home.

Their differences are really in how they perform and function. As far as cushioning, the Horizon 7.0 AT has a more forgiving deck cushioning than the Sole F63. If you have joint sensitivity, you might want to keep this in mind. The F63 feels firmer underfoot to run on, so if you’re an outdoor runner this is great.

The 7.0 AT has a fast-adjusting motor so it adjusts the speed and incline levels pretty quickly, making it great for interval training.

As far as our recommendation, we like both of these treadmills and they’re both on our best treadmills list. If you want softer cushioning and love to do interval training, go with the Horizon 7.0 AT. For most people though, we recommend the Sole F63. This treadmill has excellent build quality and is very durable and easy to use.
