This reiki healing video is to aid in processing and clearing religious trauma.

Sit comfortably. Place one hand on your heart, and the other on your belly. Repeat as many times as needed until you feel an emotional release (you will know). Take deep breaths, and drink plenty of water afterwards.

Meditation:
I am deserving of love, just the way I am
I release guilt
I release control
I release others' expectations of me

I am worthy of love, just the way I am
I let go of guilt, it does not belong to me
I let go of control, I do not control anyone,
Nor can anyone control me without my permission

I am love
I am forgiveness
I am free
