The Lego Star Wars Glitch EVERYONE Missed

Lego Star Wars was a staple of my generation's childhood.
It's also a bit janky and buggy in that special mid 2000s licensed game way.
But despite the long and storied history of glitch-hunting in these games, there is always more to discover and document. And I think I've discovered something that very few others online have.

UPDATE:
I have received anecdotal confirmation that it works in the PS2, PSP, and Xbox 360 versions of Lego Star Wars 2!

But I have received footage confirming that this glitch is NOT present in the Wii version of The Complete Saga!

Plus we have testimony in the comments of it not working on the Xbox 360 and PS3 Complete Saga. Sadly, it likely does not exist on any Complete Saga release!
