Alberto cashed in his briefcase and kicked Punk in the head to win his first World Title. At Hell in a Cell 2011, Alberto, Punk and Cena faced each other in a Hell in a Cell match. Ricardo Rodriguez intervened, Cena hit him with the AA, Alberto hit him with a Steel Pipe and closed the door. Punk went for the GTS, Alberto countered him and hit him with the steel pipe to pin him and win his second World Title. In January 2013, Alberto faced Big Show in Last Man Standing match. Alberto hit Show with the Steel Steps and then flipped over the announcer table on him. Show didn’t get up, the ref got to the count of ten and Alberto won his third World Title. At Payback 2013, Alberto faced Dolph Ziggler. Dolph hit Alberto with the Zig Zag, he fell on his head, then Alberto kicked him in the face to win his fourth World Title.
