Access MacOS UTM Windows 11 VM using iPad or iPhone

If you have installed UTM on your Apple Silicon MacOS computer (mini, laptop, Mac), you may want to access the virtual machine(s) using your iPad or iPhone. It turns out there are some quick & easy settings to enable on UTM running on the MacOS computer, and a small app to download on the iOS or iPadOS device called "UTM Remote Virtual Machines" to do just that.

Sadly, the MacOS remote client has been disabled due to security issues. Also, the app for iPad and iPhone seem to only work on the LAN or same WiFi as the UTM server.

NOTE: I am actively on the UTM GitHub discussion group trying to see if anyone has been able to resolve the issue accessing the VM over the internet, which would make the feature totally rock (assuming lag is not an issue).
