Rescuers: Stories of Courage: Malka Csizmadia (Full Film)

Set in Hungary in World War II, Melvina "Malka" Csizmadia is an 18-year old Christian girl living with her mother, Olga, & sisters, Maria & Irena (played by Caterina) next to the Jewish ghetto. On the other side of the fence, Malka meets Szarany (Michael Rapaport), a Jewish soldier who's been arrested & is now living in the ghetto. She offers to help him, first by delivering letters to the Resistance, then by by helping dig a hole under the Brewery to reach the ghetto through which the Jews can flee. They are successful, and many Jews, along with Malka's family, escape to Czechoslovakia.
