Higher Living by Ptr. Faythe Santiago - 6.25.2017

Last Sunday, Ptr. Faythe Santiago shared with us a preaching entitled, "Higher Living", that lifted up and convinced everyone to trust to the Lord even more.
“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. "As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts."
Isaiah 55:8-9 (NIV)
God's thoughts are nothing like our thoughts. His ways are far beyond anything we could ever imagine.
The way we think will never compare to the way God thinks, nor will our ways ever compare to His ways.
Hindi masama magplano, pero minsan kakaplano natin nakakalimutan na natin na mas maganda parin ang mga plano ni Lord sa atin.
Life with God is not a life of logic; He acts beyond logical way. His way of thinking is far beyond any human thinking.
Minsan, hindi mo naiintindihan bakit nangyayari yan sayo, bakit ang tagal, bakit yung plano mo hindi nangyayari o minsan bakit "siya" o bakit "ito" malayo sa standard o ineexpect mo o pinagplanuhan mo.
But God wants us to surrender, stop asking why and to trust Him because HIS PLANS ARE HIGHER. Enough of calculations, thinking/figuring things out and reasonings. God wants you to let go of your control of the situation, renew your minds and discern God's thoughts.
