Currently it's only available with german ingame text. You still have your spoken dialogues and subtitles in your chosen language, but all items and the dialogues options window are in german.

*Correction: The Black troll does not have 1000 Strenght. According to mondgesänge it only has 200 dex. His level is also 200. So the Mob Level has nothing to do with the EXP you gain per kill. Still it's harder, but also more efficient then the setting 1/3 to 3x.
