Filmmaker Ami Horowitz has blasted Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, saying he seems to “exaggerate and lie a lot”.

Mr Horowitz says that US Vice President Kamala Harris not picking Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro as her running mate was one of the “great unforced errors” he can remember in political history.

“7 million people voted in Pennsylvania in the 2020 election, right now Trump is up … by 0.1 per cent, that means he’s up by about 70,000 votes," he said.

“The race is going to come down to Pennsylvania.”
