[Legacy] Esper Mentor, Magic Online challenge-winning list from WhiteFacesMTG!

I play a Magic the Gathering Online Legacy league with Esper Mentor, the hot new deck full of old technology that Callum "WhiteFaces" Smith used to win the first post-ban Legacy challenge on Magic online. The deck throws back to simpler times when discard spells were good in midrange blue decks. Empty their hand, stick a threat, protect it with counterspells, Magic as Richard Garfield intended!
