Creamy Broccoli Sauce with Herbed Rice. Perfect for a comforting meal anytime! 🥦✨

Ingredients:
1/2 cup broccoli
100g Paneer
3-4 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
2 cube butter
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1/2 cup yellow bell pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
1 slice cheese
1 cup boiled rice
Chopped coriander

Recipe:

Step 1: Blending
Blend half cup broccoli, 100g Paneer cubes, garlic cloves, salt, and water until smooth.
Step 2: Sautéing Vegetables
Sauté broccoli, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper in butter until crunchy. Add oregano and chilli flakes, mix well, and set aside.
Step 3: Making Creamy Sauce
Melt butter in the same pan. Pour in the blended mixture and bring to a boil. Add cheese and cook for 5 minutes. Then, stir in the sautéed vegetables.
Step 4: Preparing Herb Rice
Melt butter in another pan. Add chilli flakes, oregano, and chopped coriander. Cook briefly before adding boiled rice. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Step 5: Assembling
Layer rice, creamy broccoli sauce, and top with sautéed vegetables. Serve and enjoy! 🍽️👩‍🍳
