New Year Better Me 90 Day Weight Loss Challenge

A LOSS WILL TEACH YOU MORE THAN A WIN

Primary focus for month 1 or the first 30 days of this weight loss challenge is NUTRITION!
The one thing, above all else, is focusing on what goes into my body and getting a handle on it.

That doesn't mean I won't exercise this month but if it comes down to:
30 min workout or 30 min meal prep? MEAL PREP
30 min workout or 30 min grocery shopping? GROCERY SHOPPING
30 min workout or 30 min learning about macros? MACROS

In order to target problem areas on my body, cutting body fat is going to change it.

Overhauled diet: threw out all the junk in my pantry/fridge, went cold turkey into clean keto with a total carb approach.
No alcohol for dry January.
Restarted intermediate fasting: eating window is between 12-6

Took my pictures, metrics like (waist/hips/legs/etc), and body weight

When I'm not focusing on NUTRITION, I will be manifesting all of the SELF DISCIPLINE I can muster to change my habits. After all, I can't change my life if it looks the same as it did. Everything must change!
