In this video I remove the diff from a 2008 Polaris RZR 800 with a WARN Polaris winch installed. It took me 45 minutes to remove it, but some of that time was spent messing with the camera, getting out the tools and jacking it up. If you had the tools out and no bolts broke you could remove it in a half hour.
