Vegetarian Liver Fry Recipe is basically from a Chettinad cuisine. This is a vegan version of meat or you can say it is the best alternative for non-veg dishes. This will be a welcome addition to the veggies menu and is a dish which is nutritional and healthy too.
Moon dal are high in vitamins, minerals, protein, and fibre.You can include it in your diet routine for weight control.

Ingredients:
Step 1 :(for veg liver )
Green moong dal - 1 cup
Ginger - small piece
Green chilli -1
salt to taste

Step 2 :(for gravy)
oil - 2 tbsp
cinnamon stick - small piece
cloves - 2
cardamom -2
onion ( medium )-2
curry leaves -2 strings
green chilli -1
tomato (medium)-2
chilli powder -1 tsp
coriander - 1/2 tsp
turmeric -1/4 tsp
green peas -1 cup
boiled potato-1
salt to taste

Step 3:(for coconut paste)
coconut -2 tbsp
cashew -5
fennel seeds -1 /2 tsp
