You just can’t beat hot honey! I have probably made 3 different versions of this sandwich and it just never gets old. The best part is this is a very simple hot honey too make so I know you will love this recipe! Make this sandwich with and send me the pics, but as usual just sando pics not only pans

Recipe

chicken
slice your chicken breast in half and pound it to about 1/4 inch thick. next dredge it in flour, then egg then flour panko mix with your choice of seasonings. fry the chicken in oil for 6 min at 300 to 350F. remove the chicken for 1 min then refry till golden brown.

Hot Honey
honey, siracha, crushed red pepper
mix all ingredients in a bowl.

pickles/fried
sliced cucumber in a container, add black pepper crushed red pepper and a sprig of dill. in a pot heat 1 to 1 ratio of water and vinegar, sugar and salt. (do not boil only heat till sugar and salt is melted) add to container and let sit for at least an hour. fry dredge pickles in cornstarch and fry in oil at 300 to 350F till golden and crunchy
