Mora Pathfinder

Описание к видео Mora Pathfinder

The mora pathfinder, 3.2 mm thick,
6.75 inch blade,
8 ounces,
11 inches overall.

this is your bigger version of the bushcraft black . with the tip end of the blade flares outs making it more olyptical style. it has a percice and strong tip. a resonably high and sturdy scandi grind.

the blade was sharp out of box but always resharpen moras, to a true flat scandi to get rid of that micro bevel.

this blade was weight forward balanced, making it pretty easy t carve feather sticks downwards.

it sliced a moose inside round cut of meat with perfect ease.

the blade is more than strong enough for batoning with the partial, 80% tang in the handle.

the only downside is the sheath, witch does not have a proper way to attatch to a belt and is for pretty much only molle cary on a pack. so buy a kydex heath or make a leather one yourselfe. overall i wonder why they dindt just make an oversized bushcraft, or even companion style heath for this knife escapes me, but its a 9 out of 10.

now this blade has been discontinued for some time, as i feel the world was not ready for a 100 dollar mora. its defanitley worth the $$$$ but i think people expected it to be a bk7 style chopper, wich its not. it will cut, slice, baton with ease.
