The original incarnation of NWA Central States which would become CSW was a prime spot of midwest indy wrestling, and a frequent pit stop on the journey of many workers from our area

This match was the prelude to Strife earning a shot at (then) NWA Midwest X-Division Champion Matt Sydal and a big test going up against Sonjay who was in TNA at the time
