6 Flights & 48 Hours To Get Back To Vilnius - Travelling During Lockdown

I needed to fly back to Vilnius for my next CAA exam session, and during normal times it would be as easy as booking a flight and arriving two hours later. However things are different now! My first two bookings were cancelled altogether, and on my last booking I was rebooked and rerouted multiple times as well. In total, it took me almost 48 hours and 6 flights to travel from Vienna, Austria, to Vilnius, Lithuania.

So instead of a day of travelling, I had to stay overnight in Berlin and Frankfurt, get a new COVID test on short notice and figure out a way to comply with all restrictions. My final route was VIE-FRA-BER-MUC-FRA-CPH-VNO.
