He is a member of the National Piano Technician's Guild and is an active member of the local guild as well. He serves as Vice President fo the local chapter hosting many meetings of local piano tuners in his piano rebuilding shop. He provides much of the technical piano training for area piano tuners and technicians. Brigham began selling Hailun Pianos from his home in Utah County Utah. Soon thereafter, he expanded his business to a commercial location and piano rebuilding shop.
