This video shows you how I make my knives. You will see most steps of the knifemaking proces while the captions will explain what is going on. This knife in particular has a s-grind which is a bit harder to make than ordinary grinds and was exiting to try out, as this was a first time for me. The metal used is AEB-L, a perfect knife steel that is strong, easy to sharpen and above all, it is a stainless steel.
