Pumpkin Cream
南瓜泥 625g
Mashed Pumpkin
糖 90-110g
Sugar 90-110g
淡奶油 200gl
Whipping Cream

南瓜蒸熟
Steam pumpkin thoroughly
碾成南瓜泥
Mash well
加糖,奶油,大火加热拌匀
Add sugar, cream, heat and mix on high
小火熬至粘稠(约10分钟)
Heat on low until sticky (10 mins)

放入热水烫过的罐子密封,冷藏可放一周。放保鲜袋密封冷冻可保存三个月
Seal in steamed jar, keeps for a week in fridge.
Ziplock and place in freezer to keep for 3 months.
