Aroids have become a favourite of Australian plant lovers over the past decade, but for world-renowned aroid expert Dr Thomas B. Croat they have been a lifetime’s work and passion.

Tammy meets Tom, taxonomist and curator of botany at Missouri Botanical Garden, on a visit to the Royal Botanic Gardens in Sydney.
