We are in Chettinad and we don't want to miss the Chettinad Palace in Kanadukathan and try an authentic Chettinad non-veg lunch. 

We began our day at the highest-rated Sri Priya Mess in Karaikudi, known for serving one of the most authentic Chettinad non-veg meals in Tamil Nadu. The lunch here is a feast served course by course, featuring local delicacies like Naattu Kozhi Thokku (country chicken), Chettinad chicken, crab roast, squid fry, rabbit roast, fish fry, bone soup, and more! The flavours are intense, the hospitality warm, and the experience is unforgettable.

After that heavy Chettinad lunch, we headed to Kanadukathan, the heart of the Chettinad heritage village, to witness the stunning 19th-century mansions built by the wealthy Chettiyars. The highlight of our walk was the majestic Chettinad Palace, standing tall in the centre of the town. The architecture, craftsmanship, and aura of these heritage homes took us back in time.
