Детское УЗИ мошонки - Неполный перекрут яичка у грудного ребенка

Ребенок 9 мес. поступил в приемное отделение ДГКБ с синдромом отечной мошонки.
Симптом "кольца огня" на ЦДК(цветном допплере)- усиленный кровоток вокруг яйца и отсутствие кровотока в самом яйце.
Однако есть кровоток в головке придатка яичка - неполный перекрут яичка.

Pediatric Scrotal ultrasound - Incomplete testicular torsion in infant

Child 9 month old admitted to the reception department of children hospital with a syndrome of scrotum edema.
At CFM(color doppler) there is a "Ring of Fire" sign, increased bloodflow around testicle and no bloodflow inside testicle.
But there is a bloodflow in the in the head of epididymis - incomplete testicular torsion.
