Every day, 5 times per day we can hear the 'Adhan'. This is the moment the Muslims are 'calling out loud' for praying. This is the sound you hear in the background of the video.

I'm really connected to that since it reminds me every time of the importance of 'SURRENDER' and 'GRATITUDE'.

For me it goes way beying 'religions' -dogmas and constructed beliefs. It's something we all have inside of us we need to be rememered, simply to feel grateful for the intelligent life force energy that runs inside of us and everything.

Here i'm using simple repetitive movements (under 35 degrees) as a symbolic language to express in my own way the commitment to daily rituals. Don't forget that above all what moves' is your power of intention.

I'm grateful to have the opportunity to be here experiencing this, and practicing, praying, integrating in my way of being.
