HTML editors running on your local machine can only build the front end HTML part, without tying into the back end functionality. Leaving you with a pretty page that doesn't do anything. A severe limitation.

To remove the above limitations you could code the site from scratch on a server. Which requires hiring a developer or learning development. Also a limitation.
