This week we are looking at a number of surface finishing machines. Firstly we have a TBT 300 - it has only been doing polishing work so the lining is in excellent condition. The machine will be completely stripped down, painted and made good. It will be about 20% cheaper than a normal economy machine. Alternatively we have a unit already prepped for sale, completely stripped down and restored. It's an older style machine but still does the job. For a machine with the latest technology we have a wet and dry unit. Let the parts self tumble, add compound and water to surface improve, deburr or polish as necessary. The unit will then dry the parts in the same chamber, all PLC controlled. We are also stocking a traditional barrel machine. If you need to process chains or washers, something thats robust, then this is for you. In addition we have a 90 litre machine with pneumatic door where 100% parts separation is a must.
