Ryu is a Whole New Character...

They buffed Ryu in the mini patch so it was clear Capcom thought there was at least a little room for improvement for the old main character of the Street Fighter franchise. Now, it seems they really want him to be represented in tournaments again, because the list of buffs he got was huge. Some even think that Ken might be the worst shoto now after Ryu and Akuma, even though Ken is still an extremely strong character. Could this be the season that every shoto is top tier in SF6?
