How many districts are there in your state?
Today, we have 22 districts in Haryana, but initially, there were only 7 districts.
Ambala gave rise to Panchkula and Yamunanagar. Today, all three have the same number plates.
From Rohtak emerged Sonipat and Jhajjar, and they use these number plates today.
Karnal gave birth to Kurukshetra and Panipat. A portion of Kurukshetra and Jind became Kaithal. These five districts share the same number plates.
From Hisar, Sirsa and Fatehabad were formed. Hisar and Mahendergarh led to the creation of Bhiwani.
From Bhiwani, the newest district, Charkhi Dadri, emerged. All these districts now use the same number plates.
Mahendergarh led to another district, Rewari, with its unique number plates.
Gurugram was the first to separate from Faridabad. Gurugram and Faridabad initially formed Nuh, and later Palwal was created.
Today, all four districts have their distinct number plates.
