This video shows how I am getting under 15 mins of repair in the current Defiance VXP target. My Defiance is U1, built for speed and decent evade, and I haven't used a crew. It does however require a decent amount of driving to reduce as much damage as possible, simply out running the rockets and the associated splash from them. Torpedo's are both counter-measured and evaded, and the 'Boss' hulls torpedo's are completely countered.
