What is BEYOND BORDERS?
BEYOND BORDERS is a globally oriented, 18-month trainee program designed to help you grow both professionally and personally. You will gain in-depth expertise in one of several tracks while developing into a future leader. From mentoring, coaching, and workshops to real project responsibility from day one. You drive your path, and we support you all the way.

Tracks you can choose from include:
Corporate Strategy HQ
Brand Management & Digital Marketing
Sales & eCommerce
Finance & Controlling
Supply Chain Management
Human Resources
Digital & IT
Research & Development

Contractual framework: 📝💰
Choose between starting in March or September 2025. The contract is permanent from the beginning, and comes with an attractive, above-average salary.

With a Bachelor’s degree, you will start with a gross annual salary of over 60,000 euros.
With a Master’s degree, you will start with a gross annual salary of over 65,000 euros.
