First of all, let's start with breakfast. You can start your breakfast with Shrikhand. You can also intake coffee and try to intake coffee without milk. But you can consume only grilled or roasted chicken; don't try to make the curry of it or fry it.

Consume lime flavor water that will keep your mouth's taste good. You can also prepare cranberry and apple juice and consume them by mixing them together.
