Pros: supereffective tera type matching base type, excellent attack stat, outspeeds (preventing flinches from dark pulse). no weaknesses, resists heat wave and flamethrower, shell bell heals when attacking, an amount equal to 1/8th of damage dealt, rest heals full HP bar. rain dance boosts water attacks 1.5x and weakens fire attacks 0.5x for 5 turns. snarl debuffs special attack 1 stage through shield while charging tera orb. liquidation has 85 base power, 100 accuracy, and deals supereffective STAB (tera-boosted when terastalized) damage. it has a 20% chance of debuffing defense 1 stage. physical attacks strengthened by chi-yu's relatively low defense stat. physical attacks ignore debuffs from snarl. water veil prevents burns from heat wave and flamethrower
