Описание к видео A Busy Day in the Kitchen! Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins, Anyone? LARGE FAMILY Approved!

We're so happy to share this family favorite with you! We had a lot going on in the kitchen this day, but managed to film the making of these pumpkin cream cheese muffins. These muffins are moist and delicious and BEAUTIFUL! (I think they look like something a bakery would sell.) Scroll down for the muffin recipe as well as the recipe we use for our homemade pumpkin pie spice blend! Also, check the comments for links to our Amazon favorites that are featured in this video.

Pumpkin Pie Spice blend:
4 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. ground ginger
2-1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1-1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ground cloves
4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups pureed pumpkin
1-1/4 cups melted butter or oil
4 eggs
8 oz. package of cream cheese
Chopped walnuts or pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together all ingredients except for cream cheese and nuts. Grease muffin tins or just use paper/silicone baking cups. Fill each muffin space 1/2 full of batter. Cut cream cheese into "pats" of approximately 2 tsp. and press one into the middle of the batter in each muffin space. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the muffin part (not the cream cheese part!) Let cool in pans for 5 minutes, then remove to racks to cool completely. Makes 24 muffins
